Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Any item from The Painted Pinecone can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees
The Painted Pinecone will always pay for return shipping fees. 
A return shipping label will be included with shipment in the event the item(s) arrive damaged from shipping

Restocking Fees
The Painted Pinecone does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from The Painted Pinecone, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, The Painted Pinecone will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days after received. days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. The Painted Pinecone will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
